What type of services does Dust Busters Offer?
We offer Spring Cleaning, Tenancy Cleaning, After Party Cleaning, Recurring Cleaning, Deep Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning and Nanny Placement Services.
What are your operating times?
We operate from Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Do I have to be present for cleaning?
No! It's up to you to stay around or not.
How long it will take to clean my house?
The condition of your home and any additional requirements will determine the amount of time required to clean.
What areas do you currently operate in?
We are currently operating in Maseru, Lesotho only. We'll soon expand to new areas; follow us on Instagram and Facebook for our latest updates and notifications.
What is your daily rate?
Our rates start from M 120-00 per day.
How do the payments work?
All payments are made prior the cleaning service is provided via EFT, M-pesa, E-wallet and Eco-cash.
Your payment will not be processed until the cleaning has been completed.
Can I tip my cleaner?
Yes. Tipping is optional not mandatory.
How do I know which cleaner is coming to clean my place?
Booking confirmation will be send to you via email and it will include the name and picture of the professional cleaner that has been matched to your appointment.
I'm not quite comfortable having a stranger at my place. Is my place safe?
All cleaners are vetted by Dust Busters management team and go through background and criminal checks, document verification and test cleans. We also give a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our cleans, and if you are not 100% happy, we will re-clean the areas that you are not happy with for FREE.
How does the cleaner get to my place?
Dust Busters co-ordinates getting the professional cleaner to the residential address provided during the booking process. In rare case, there may be transport delays that are out of their control, and in such cases you will be notified of any delays.
How does the cleaner get into my place?
You can either be there at the set cleaning start time to open up for the cleaner, or alternatively make the keys available for the cleaner to collect. Please specify these particulars during the booking process.
Do I need to provide lunch for cleaners?
No. Cleaners bring their own small packed lunch. For longer cleaning appointments, please allow your cleaner to have a brief lunch break.
Is there a late cancellation fee?
Cancellation is FREE before 12:00 noon the day before the appointment. Cancellations made after 12:00 noon the day before the appointment will incur M 70.00. The cancellation fee consists of a cleaner remuneration fee for lost earnings, as well as administrative fee.
Can I purchase a Prepaid or Gift Voucher?
Yes, you can purchase a prepaid / gift voucher via EFT, M-pesa, Eco-cash or E-wallet. You can redeem it yourself or have it sent to whoever you like.
Are there rewards for inviting friends?
Yes, we offer M 100 credit voucher for every successful referral.
I'm moving in or out of my place. What options do I have?
For this you will need tenancy cleaning service.
I'm having people over. Can you help clean up the mess?
We offer after party cleaning services. The cleaner can either be present during the event or come clean up afterwards, click on after party cleaning under services to provide full details of your specific requirements and we’ll quote you based on the information provided.
Do you bring cleaning equipment?
Depending on the type of service required we do supply cleaning products and equipment. For carpet and upholstery cleaning, Dust Busters provides both cleaning supplies and equipment to complete the job. All the other services Dust Busters provides cleaning supplies at an additional cost.
